Service Effectiveness Survey - UniForum@丁香园AV Privacy Notice
Cubane Consulting is under contract with 丁香园AV to collect, benchmark and analyze data in relation to the delivery of professional services at the University. The information is collected under the general authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 468), the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c 165), and the University Operations Forum Services Agreement between 丁香园AV and Cubane Consulting. It is related directly to and needed by the University to provide insight at an aggregate level on cost, capacity, and satisfaction levels with the professional services delivered at 丁香园AV.
