  • Meg Holden and alumna Rebecca Holt have published "." The article was featured in The National Post as well as The Conversation
  • Noel Dyck will receive one of the highest honours in Canadian Anthropology, the Weaver-Tremblay Award in Applied Anthropology, at AAA-CASCA 2019 in Vancouver this November.
  • Anthony Perl was quoted in a February 2019 Slate magazine article titled, "."
    Karen Ferguson participated in the Department of History's #¶¡ÏãÔ°AVHISTREADS event series on March 2, as a panellist discussing Elaine Mokhtefi's book, Algiers, Third World Capital: Freedom Fighters, Revolutionaries, Black Panthers.
