Ignacio Galiano Zurbriggen joined SEE in May as an Assistant Professor. His research focuses on developing sustainable power conversion systems to improve its efficiency, reliability, and power density while maintaining low implementation requirements. He developed a passion for this area of research due to its wide range of applications, its interdisciplinary nature, and the high potential to make an impact on society.

Industry partners are key to accelerate the research adoption and impact, while working with researchers in other areas will enable finding new and exciting applications and solutions for our work."
