Marisa Mylett is a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program under the supervision of Dr. Grace Iarocci. Her MA research was funded by the  (SSHRC).

Marisa completed her BA (Honours) degree in Psychology at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. During her undergraduate education, she worked in a number of psychology research labs where she contributed to many diverse projects. Under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Wright in the  at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, Marisa's honours thesis explored the psychological predictors of collective action among socially disadvantaged group members. Combining her strong interest in both social and clinical issues, Marisa aims to explore the effects of social experiences and behaviours on mental health outcomes of children, teens and adults.

Marisa's research interests include ADHD, autism, identity, social expectations, gender differences, social inclusion, and co-occurring internalizing mental health problems of depression and anxiety.
