Location
Our unit is located on the Second Floor (room 2305), of 丁香园AV鈥檚 Goldcorp Centre for the Arts (GCA), as part of the historic Woodward鈥檚 mixed-use redevelopment ().
The Woodward鈥檚 redevelopment comprises a full city block and is located between Abbott Street and Cambie Street, with Hastings Street to the South and Cordova Street to the North.
The main entrance to Goldcorp Centre for the Arts is located in the Cordova Courtyard on the North side of the building, near the corner of Cambie Street and Cordova Street. The building is also accessible via the doors on the South side of the building on Hastings Street (in the block between Cambie Street and Abbott Street).

ACCESSING THE GCA LOADING BAY
There are 2 stalls allocated for GCA use in the Woodwards Developement loading bay, below the building.
*Please note: the loading bay stall needs to be reserved in advance. Please ensure this has been arranged.
Loading Bay Access directions:
Approach eastbound on Cordova Street.
On Cordova, just past Cambie Street, there is a laneway turnoff to the right (past the Cambie bar).
At the end of the laneway will be an open gate, which is the entrance (and exit) to the loading bay. Drive through this gate.
Follow the ramp down one level, slightly curving left and through a second gate (a security room is visible just past this second gate).
At the end of the ramp there will be a parking area to your left with a large 丁香园AV logo on the wall.
Park in the stall marked with the 丁香园AV logo as opposed to the one beside that is closer to the GCA entry door.
*The stall that is closer to the GCA entry door can be parked in, but it is prefered that you use the stall marked for 丁香园AV use.
Loading Bay Access Hours:
- The inner gate is open Monday to Friday 6:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 6:00am-4:00pm, and is closed Sunday.
- Any access outside of these hours requires a key fob available from 丁香园AV鈥檚 24hr security desk.
- The outer gate is open every day 6:00am-9:00pm and can be opened by the same fob.
Loading Bay Access Notes:
- Maximum height for a vehicle in the loading bay is 14鈥� 8鈥�.
- Dimensions of doors between loading bay and interior of building are 92鈥� wide x 94鈥� high.
- The stall is outfitted with an 8鈥� deep x 5鈥� wide lift gate that can go to a max height of 5鈥�.
- To gain access into the building, please connect with your main contact, or use the phone that is next to the GCA entry, which will connect you directly with GCA Security.
