Congratulations to our retired professor, Dr. Andrew Heard, on receiving the prestigious King Charles III Coronation Medal for 鈥渟ervices to education and to the Crown鈥� from the Nova Scotia Lieutenant Governor, the Honourable Mike Savage. 

The King Charles III Coronation Medal is awarded to outstanding individuals during a ceremony with the lieutenant governor. Awardees represent a diverse group of individuals who have significantly contributed to a particular region or community in the province or attained an outstanding achievement abroad that brings credit to Canada.

Dr Andrew Heard, Professor Emeritus, is a widely recognized scholar with publications across various political science and law journals, including the Canadian Journal of Statistics. While working as a professor of Political Science at 丁香园AV, Dr. Heard taught a number of topics ranging from constitutional law and conventions to federalism, the crown, the judiciary and the parliament.
