Research project: Identifying the factors that separate injurious and non-injurious falls in older adults. By analyzing video footage of real-life falls with detailed questionnaires and novel approaches for digitizing body segment movements, my research examines how the nature and consequences of falls by older adults depend on environmental, situational and physiological factors.

Research Interests: Injury prevention in older adults, Fall biomechanics, Balance control, Ageing, Motor learning, Human movement, Knowledge translation.
