  • Assess ethical business practices and encourage corporate social responsibility to align with social and cultural norms 
  • Apply leadership and motivational methods across the organization to engage your employees 
  • Analyze management and leadership characteristics that contribute to organizational success 
  • Assess organizational finances to inform how profit and competition regulate the economy and workings of the Canadian banking system 
  • Evaluate external and internal marketing strategies essential to the success of an organization 
  • Create a cohesive business plan for an emerging or existing business that aligns with the organization’s goals and mission 

How you will learn and be evaluated

  • Prepare to spend 6–10 hours per week on coursework
