Personal Foundations of Successful Leadership

In the complex context of today’s global work environment and marketplace, leadership demands high levels of personal mastery far beyond what was required of earlier generations.

In this course, we provide an integrated holistic approach to the personal and interpersonal work required for individual, group and organizational effectiveness. The goal of this course is to help you identify the underlying causes of behaviour that blocks successful leadership performance and to understand how the way in which you behave and relate to yourself and others is crucial to your effectiveness.

You’ll engage in a rich journey of self-exploration that will enable you to access your full potential by increasing self-awareness and self-determination. Through the application of neuroscience, brief presentations, experiential activities, group discussion, and skills practice, you’ll leave the program with a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and with a leadership development plan you can put to use immediately.
