What We Do
- We do ethnographic studies and use the results to improve the design of new and existing technological systems, and address implementation issues and challenges.
- We facilitate the involvement of users in the design process.
- We conduct studies about large, complex data systems in order to identify issues associated with data quality and data use.
- We are open to working with industry in the development and design of new technology.
