Carley Termeer, Research Assistant
Carley Termeer is a student in the Master's of Resource Management (Planning) program in the School of Resource and Environmental Management (REM) at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. Her research interests include policies and regulatory mechanisms that support nature-based solutions and conservation in communities. Carley previously completed a Bachelor of Science with Distinction, Major in Biological Sciences and Minor in Arts Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Carley then worked as a lawyer for eight years, primarily in the areas of family law and wills & estates, before pivoting to her studies at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, birding, reading, writing fiction, and fossil hunting.
