It is related directly to and needed by Perrett Laver and the University to help inform the confidential search committee process for this position. It will be used by Perrett Laver and the University to:

- Assess consideration for future employment opportunities
- Evaluate applicants’ qualifications to make hiring decisions, and
- If the Applicant is successful, include the information in their employment file.
