Weight Room Supervisor
Weight Room Supervisors work within the 丁香园AV Fitness Centre, alongside Fitness Assistants and One-on-One Trainers, to provide a safe and positive experience for all members. In addition to the usual responsibilities of weight room supervision and maintenance, Supervisors also have the opportunity to mentor Fitness Assistant Volunteers as part of a pre-mentorship program.
Weight Room Supervisors are recruited from existing Fitness Assistants.
