Apply early! Students are encouraged to apply for housing soon after they have applied for admission.
Spring (January鈥塼o鈥塎arch) 2025
鉂� Submit interim grades by the following dates via the Transcript Upload form:
- Entrance scholarship applicants: January 31, 2025
- Beedie School of Business applicants: February 7, 2025
- All other programs: February 28, 2025
We encourage applicants to review their checklist on a regular basis. Applicants should check for document submission instructions.
Submit interim grade transcripts for all final grade 11 courses and a list of all in progress and planned grade 12 courses.
* Offers of admission are provided on a rolling basis with the majority being made from January to April. Applicants will be notified of a decision via email.
Summer (April to July) 2025
