Heat and Mass Transfer for Energy Engineering SEE 324 (3)
Provides the basic principles of heat and mass transfer with analysis and application to real-world sustainable energy systems. Governing relationships for conduction, free and forced convection, and radiation will be explained and then applied to solve practical problems. Practical application of theory (e.g. heat exchanger design) will be introduced. Prerequisite: PHYS 141, SEE 224, SEE 225.
