STT-Advanced Topics in Public Policy PLCY 401 (4)
Examines the roots of racial inequality in public policy in international and Canadian contexts. This is a seminar and lecture-based course where students will learn to effectively analyse various dimensions of public policy with racial equity and justice in mind. This course can be repeated for credit if a different topic is taught. Prerequisite: PLCY 200 and PLCY 300.
