STT-International Corporate Finance: A China Focus BUS 497 (4)
A comprehensive introduction to modern international finance, using historical, institutional, economic, and managerial paradigms to explore and give students a global perspective on corporate finance. The course focuses on characteristics of international financial markets, institutions, instruments, and innovations, and their application to investment, financing, and risk management in multinational corporations. Prerequisite: BUS 360W with a minimum grade of C-. Corequisite: BUS 315 and BUS 316.
