Covers fundamental biomolecular research on proteins, enzymes, microbes, biosensors, bioseparations and bioreactors. Applications in food processing preservation; biofuel; air and wastewater treatment; supramolecular materials for solar energy/photosynthesis; microfluidics for bioreactors; DNA chips; bioenergy; bio fuel cells; pulp/paper. Prerequisite: MATH 310, SEE 224. Corequisite: SEE 324.
