EVSC 100 - Introduction to Environmental Science (3)
Introduces students to the discipline of environmental science. Lecture material will be complemented by case studies and guest speakers. Students who have completed EVSC 200 may not complete this course for further credit. Breadth-Science.
EVSC 205 - Methods in Environmental Science (3)
Introduces EVSC students to lab and field methods used in the study of Environmental Science. Prerequisite: EVSC 100. Students who have completed EVSC 491W may not complete this course for further credit.
EVSC 380 - Practicum I (3)
First term of work experience in the Environmental Science Co-operative Education Program. Units from this course do not count towards the units required for an 間眅埶AV degree. Prerequisite: Acceptance in the environment science co-operative education program.
EVSC 381 - Practicum II (3)
Second term of work experience in the Environmental Science Co-operative Education Program. Units from this course do not count towards the units required for an 間眅埶AV degree. Prerequisite: EVSC 380 and re-admission to the environment science co-operative education program.
EVSC 399 - Environmental Science Seminar I (1)
Provides Environmental Science students the opportunity to discuss concepts and applications from upper division courses that address social aspects in the study of Environmental Science. Prerequisite: EVSC 100 and 205. Students who have completed EVSC 401 may not complete this course for further credit.
EVSC 480 - Practicum III (3)
Third term of work experience in the Environmental Science Co-operative Education Program. Units from this course do not count towards the units required for an 間眅埶AV degree. Prerequisite: EVSC 381 and readmission to the environment science co-operative education program.
EVSC 481 - Practicum IV (3)
Fourth term of work experience in the Environmental Science Co-operative Education Program. Units from this course do not count towards the units required for an 間眅埶AV degree. Prerequisite: EVSC 480 and re-admission to the environment science co-operative education program.
EVSC 482 - Practicum V (3)
Optional fifth term of work experience in the Environmental Science Co-operative Education Program. Units from this course do not count towards the units required for an 間眅埶AV degree. Prerequisite: EVSC 481 and readmission to the environment science co-operative education program.
EVSC 498 - STT-Honours Essay (4)
All candidates for honours will be required to submit a major paper on an environmental science topic to be selected in consultation with the department. Prerequisite: 105 units and consent of supervisor. See a departmental academic advisor for details.
EVSC 499 - Environmental Science Seminar II (1)
