Explores patterns of migratory flows, questions of belonging and incorporation, policies toward new migrants, and how these experiences affect migrants' sense of identity and that of members In receiving societies. Prerequisite: Six lower division units in Political Science or permission of the department. Students who have taken Selected Topics course POL 319 with this topic may not take this course for further credit.
