Examines cultural heritage stewardship as applied and practiced throughout the world including review of national laws and international conventions that govern the managment of heritage resources. Explores stewardship as a fundamental professional ethic in archaeology and other heritage fields engaged in study, application, and management of sociocultural resources. Prerequisite: 30 units including one of ARCH 100, ARCH 201, GEOG 100 or REM 100.
