International Business Strategy BUS 340 (4)
Identifies how Multinational Enterprises (MNE) formulate strategies and the organizational capabilities needed to supported these strategies to produce international competitive advantages. Students will study the criteria for assessing strategic and organizational capabilities of MNEs to determine solutions for increasing organizational performance. Prerequisite: 60 units. This course is only open to students in the Business Minor program.
