Law and Geography GEOG 440W (4)
An examination of the emergent field of law and geography. Topics will include the legal-geographic dimensions of property; the regulation of public space; rights; nature; colonial dispossession; and globalization and the law. Prerequisite: 60 units, including eight of upper division geography. Students with credit for GEOG 440 may not take this course for further credit. Writing.
