The Department has a strong co-op program at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Many of our students have gone on from a co-op job to a permanent position within the same organization.
In general, work terms cannot be in the last semester of a student's program.
It may be possible for students to gain credit for STAT 812 through their co-op placement, click here for more details.
International students who are interested in the co-op program should contact the Co-op Office as early as possible in their degree program since visas for off-campus work can take some time to secure.
