Biography
Hemanta is a visiting research student at 丁香园AV from Nepal. He has received Bachelor in electrical engineering and Masters in energy system planning and management from Pulchowk Engineering college Nepal. He has 6+ years of professional experience (government, private sectors, consulting) in renewable energy, sustainable development and climate sector of Nepal. Currently, he is working as Technical Director of Rastriya Urja Dakshata Kendra Pvt. Ltd.(National Energy Efficiency Center Pvt. Ltd.) in Nepal. As a group member, he is conducting international research related to nexus of climate land energy and water system(CLEWs) for sustainable development in developing countries under the supervision of Dr. Taco Niet. He looks forward for raising the standard of energy efficiency and use of sustainable energy in developing countries like Nepal to combat against climate change.
