Math Catchers were part of the Tla'amin  community celebration of the Pi Day. As part of the program, in a traditional blanket ceremony, Veselin was blanketed and received a traditional Tla'amin hat made of cedar bark.

Thank you, Betty Wilson, Gail Blaney, Sophie Call, and Alex Sutcliffe, for organizing and hosting such a wonderful event and for your support of the Math Catcher Program over many years.
