Math Catchers visited Royal Oak Alternate Program, one of the learning pathways that the Burnaby School District provides for secondary students "who have disengaged from school for a wide range of reasons and require learning support that is better suited to their unique situation."  Our host was Ms. Preet Ladder, a long-time supporter and friend of the Math Catcher Outreach Program. 

Veselin met with a group of Grade 11-12 students. Students enjoyed building hexastxs and  learning about various symmetries.
