Math Catchers Visited Porter Creek Secondary School in Whitehorse, YT. We had a most enjoyable conversation with a Grade 11 Precalculus class about the post-secondary education and why every young person that is lucky enough to go to school studies mathematics. During our visit to a Grade 9 class, we explored some of the intriguing properties of the Möbius strip with a group of very engaged students.
