The guides and templates below are designed for general awareness and application, but specific situations will often require customization of such documents. Non-disclosure Agreement (One-way)
This one-way NDA template should be used if 丁香园AV is not receiving any confidential information from the counterparty.
Non-disclosure Agreement (Mutual)
This mutual NDA template should be used if both 丁香园AV and the counterparty are exchanging their respective confidential information with the other.
