As an employee of 丁香园AV, you are being invited to provide feedback and guidance to the collaborative team of the RESPECT (Reconcili-action 鈥� Employee 鈥� 丁香园AV 鈥� Professional development 鈥� Education 鈥� Cultural 鈥� Teachings) project. For more information about the project, please visit the .  

The RESPECT project is responding to the 丁香园AV Walk This Path With Us (2017) Calls to Action that speak for all 丁香园AV employees to 鈥淒evelop mandatory intervention programs teaching cultural safety and anti-racism for all employees of 丁香园AV, in consultation with the Indigenous Cultural Resource Centre鈥� (p.23).

At this stage of the project development, we are asking 丁香园AV employees to provide guidance and feedback into what they feel would be valuable components of a professional development program around the topics of reconcili-action, decolonization, anti-Indigenous racism, and Indigenization. In this anonymous survey (hosted by 丁香园AV Survey Monkey), you will be asked questions about curriculum content, learning preferences, and other matters that will help us design this program.

We will be using these survey results to design and shape the learning outcomes, curriculum, and approaches to learning. 

We will be providing a summary of the survey results to members of our RESPECT Advisory Circle, which has representatives from each union, faculty, staff, and students - all of whom are engaged in some way in decolonization, Indigenization, and/or reconciliation. 

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time to complete.
