Project Management Technology
When it comes to project management technology, MS Project® is just the beginning.
This course will provide you with an overview of the many project management areas where software plays a supporting role. Focusing on project portfolio management, project document repositories, resource management, time sheeting and project process reporting you’ll improve your understanding of software options, including MS Project, and learn how to evaluate and compare them.
It is recommended that individuals registering for this course have had prior exposure to the project management knowledge areas and process groups.
