What you will learn

After completing this course, you’ll be able to do the following:

  • Demonstrate your understanding of the contents of a communications plan
  • Develop a RACI (Responsible-Accountable-Collaborate-Inform) analysis of stakeholders and tasks for a sample project
  • Create a communications plan for a sample project
  • Develop a broader set of tools for improving project communications
