Change Management for Leaders

In the 21st century, organizations that stagnate cannot stay competitive in the global marketplace. In order for these organizations to succeed, leaders must embody complex skillsets that enable them to drive and manage constant change. Whether changes are monumental or subtle, leaders must find a way to understand complex organizational needs in context, drive changes that appropriately balance vision and feasibility, and engage stakeholders to make these changes successful.

This course tackles some of the most common challenges faced by leaders in creating strong, vibrant and evolving organizations, including how to:

  • Motivate and engage others
  • Make decisions (with or without others)
  • See the need and shape a vision for change
  • Successfully carry out the change, and
  • Learn continuously along the journey

This course also explores how organizational structure and culture shape organizational life and how they function as levers to build more resilient organizations that can thrive in complexity.
