Strategies and Tools for Online Engagement
This course will teach you to create social media and online engagement campaigns that engage people in new types of conversation, sustain participation over time, and host online dialogue. You'll also learn how to use social media for outreach and community engagement, and consider how to integrate mobile communication into your participation strategy.
You'll be able to use these tools in projects that use both online and face-to-face communication.
