What you will learn

- Explain what green infrastructure is and why cities are increasingly making a transition to nature-based solutions for water management
- Describe the diverse and multi-level benefits of GI solutions in terms of increasing climate resilience, biodiversity and social equity
- Analyze and assess governmental policies and community initiatives that drive or hinder successful GI uptake
- Identify adaptive, equity-based and justice-oriented leadership skills and management practices for implementing green infrastructure
- Evaluate your community鈥檚 current water management approaches and your own potential impact in the grey to green transition
