Organizational Engagement
Learn to create an engaged organizational culture by building an exciting and creative workplace.
You'll develop your own personal leadership model to raise employee engagement levels and help an organization reach its strategic goals. You'll also explore the elements of a successful workplace culture and learn what it takes to build high-performance teams. By analyzing past organizational failures, you'll learn to design for future organizational engagement and effectiveness, and gain an understanding of the role of leadership in shaping an engaged organization.
Note: If you're new to the field of human resources, you should take Human Resources Management in Canada (CHRM200) before taking this course.

To earn the certificate, complete all courses with a minimum average grade of C.
