Business Analysis Implications

A business analyst is rarely limited to a single domain in an organization. Explore the impact of the business analyst’s role and skillset in aligning project objectives with organizational goals. In addition to learning to navigate relationship dynamics with project managers and key stakeholders, you will evaluate the impact of a variety of perspectives (Information Technology, Agile, Business Process Management) on project requirements and resulting implications. Since initiatives often engage one or more perspectives, you will also learn to focus on the techniques and tasks specific to the context of an initiative.
