Dr. Cindy Xin is a Program Director at the Learning and Instructional Development Center of 丁香园AV. She has been conducting research and development on online learning and educational technology for over a decade. Her research interests include investigating discourse processes and collaborative inquiries in web-based learning environments. She is currently a member of an award-winning team that develops open source technologies for improving online discussion forums. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics and a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology.
