Volcanic Hazards Awareness & Knowledge Survey
Wildfires, landslides and floods are natural hazards that Canadians often see or hear about on the news. How about volcanoes?
In cooperation with the , CNHR is conducting an online, 12 to 15-minute survey to gain a better understanding of Canadians' awareness, knowledge, concerns, and needs regarding volcanic hazards. The results of the survey will offer important insight for designing future volcano risk reduction policies and programs in Canada.
- Who can participate? If you are a resident of British Columbia, age 18 or older, you are eligible to participate
- How long will the survey take? Depending upon the depth of your responses, participation time may vary from 12 to 15 minutes.
- Will I be paid for doing the survey? No, there is no payment for your enrolment. However, as a token of our appreciation, we have ten Amazon $20 Gift Cards available in a prize draw.
