Canada's First Living Building

UniverCity Childcare Centre was designed to be Canada鈥檚 first Living Building 鈥� and has been heralded as the greenest childcare centre on the planet by the recently published book Generation Green: The Making of the UniverCity Childcare Centre. The building is still in the process of becoming certified as a Living Building.
