Kwantlen Polytechnic University
Kwantlen Polytechnic University is Canada’s only polytechnic university, serving a large and densely populated region in the Metro Vancouver region of BC. Our distinct campus experience is essential to understanding how community engagement functions in regions with increased immigration, an expanded International student context, and a rise in adult learners. Almost 20,000 students annually take courses from a range of programs from arts to trades, and our adaptable organizational culture is evident in the rapid development of unique programs, and in our small class sizes. Vision 2023, announced to the KPU community in 2018, speaks to our role as a progressive polytechnic university and includes a stated commitment to offer experiential learning opportunities in all programs.
