Biological Sciences Emeritus, Felix Breden, leads international immune function initiative

Department of Biological Sciences Professor Emeritus Felix Breden will lead ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV’s component of an international, 5-year, $5M US NIH Grant to build bioinformatic resources sharing, comparing and analyzing massive antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor repertoires. Drs. Breden and Scott (MBB/FHS) helped found the Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire Community to develop protocols and standards for curating, sharing and analyzing complex data, and the iReceptor Science Gateway, developed at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV.
