Records relating to exams administered through the Centre for Students with Disabilities (CSD) to accommodate a documented disability. Exam rooms are equipped with cameras to ensure academic integrity. The live feeds from the cameras have restricted access and are monitored by CSD permanent and casual staff during an exam session. Camera feeds are a supplementary form of monitoring to an in-person proctor, and digital recordings of those feeds may provide evidence if an academic integrity violation is suspected.
Records may include, but are not limited to, the following records: digital recordings from live feed cameras, edited video files, and captured still images extracted from digital recordings.
Edited video and captured still images that form part of a student misconduct report, academic integrity case or student discipline appeal case become part of the case file of those investigations and will be retained according to applicable RRSDAs.

These records are created, used, retained and managed in accordance with the following authorities:
Videos are kept for 4 days to allow for challenges of academic integrity to be raised and investigated.
The primary use of the digital cameras is to monitor exams in real time.
Digital recordings are named by the following attributes: camera name (room number/camera number), date, and time. Digital recordings are saved in one-hour increments to facilitate retrieval. Digital recordings may be edited to include only the relevant exam period when used in instances of suspected academic misconduct.
Instructors are required to submit grades within 96 hours after the exam via the on-line grade roster to Records and Registration. The digital recording system is configured to retain recordings for 96 hours to allow for sufficient time for the associated exam to be graded and any investigation of suspected academic violation to be initiated. Where no suspected breach has been brought to the attention of the CSD, the the digital recordings are automatically deleted after the 96 hours.
RRSDA is in force.
