Series comprises job description forms outlining for each non-academic staff position summarizing the major duties and responsibilities of a job and the minimum qualifications and abilities requried to perform the work. The job description is the basis for determining a job's salary classification.

Records consist of job description forms.

The records are arranged by Department and within these groupings by job number.

These records are created, used, retained and managed in accordance with the following authorities:

Retention and filing guidelines

S/O = Until superseded or obsolete. Upon becoming obsolete, the records are replaced by the up-dated versions, pulled and stored separately from the job descriptions still in force.
