Name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, sex, pronoun, gender identity, ethnicity, language spoken, disability, marital status, family status, student number, educational history, financial history, third party opinions about the individual, individual’s own views or opinions, immigration information, information about health insurance, information about employment status and/or employment options.
Personal information may be collected and used when that information relates directly to and is necessary for providing academic advising; immigration advising; or for related administrative matters [FOI/POP Act, s. 26(c)]. Personal information may be disclosed for the purpose of providing academic advising to another ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV staff or faculty member who is involved with the students academic career. Personal information may also be disclosed for the purposes of providing immigration advising if the student has consented, in writing, to its disclosure.
