Personal information contained in these records is collected, used, and disclosed for two purposes: 1. To review researchers' applications for access and use of privately donated archives to which public access is restricted. 2. To administer research agreements once they are approved.
The personal information contained in these records is used by and disclosed to Archives staff on a need to know basis.
