Student Services
Student name, student number, address, educational information, and financial information.
Student Services collects, uses, and discloses the personal information contained in these records to administer the collection of student tuition fees when student accounts are past due. If a student fails to pay his or her tuition, Student Services will disclose the student's name, amount due, and address to a private, third party collection agency to collect the amount due on the University's behalf.
Student Services uses and discloses the personal informationto the concerned student. When necessary, Student Services also discloses the personal information to a private, third party collection agency.
Students and organizations whose payments on money owed to the University are overdue.
